Our ferries depart and return daily from Burtonport Pier and Arranmore Island. Our primary ferry and the largest on the island, the MV Movern, carries up to 96 passengers and is suitable for those with reduced mobility. The total journey time is 15 - 20mins leaving you plenty of time to enjoy this scenic part of the Wild Atlantic Way.
The Realt Na Maidne Teoranta (Star of the Morning) Ferry Company, has been operating in Arranmore Island and Burtonport Pier for 14 years. At the helm of the Arranmore Ferry is the Boyle family who pride themselves on providing an unforgettable experience of the Wild Atlantic Way and connecting the Arranmore community to Burtonport and beyond.
